Check-in at the reception is obligatory and can be done at any time upon arrival. Key of accommodation will be handled to the guests on the reception. Guests will receive only one copy of the key and no further copies are  available. Key loss will be charged 50€. Accommodation unit cannot be entered before 4 p.m. unless otherwise previously accorded. Eventual prior arrival might be subject to additional payments. Upon departure arrival unit must be left before 10 a.m.

Included in price:

•  Accommodation unit for up to 5 persons
• Consumption of electricity, water and gas
• Air conditioning
• Water Park and Main Pool entrance
• Entertainment facilities organized by the Resort

Not included in price:

• Final cleaning
• Bedlinen and towels
• Additional services or rentals

Bedlinen and towels can be rented, but only if previously arranged. Cost is 10€ /person per stay. Towels can be exchanged upon request and additional payment.
Final cleaning is to be paid 50 € upon arrival. Accommodation unit must be left tidy in a reasonable manner; dishes must be washed and garbage must be thrown. Grill has to be cleaned after usage and any wet surface must be immediately dried.
Any damages to the mobile home or its facilities must be reported immediately in order to replace or repair it.
